Returns Policy

At Central Coast Soap Supplies (CCSS) we sell a variety of ingredients, chemicals and equipment required for the creation of soap and other personal care products. Most of our goods require specialised knowledge to handle safely, store correctly, and successfully formulate into personal care products. A knowledge of chemistry may be beneficial.

In accordance with Australian law we will refund any product that is found to be faulty. We will not provide a refund in the case of customer misuse, “change of mind”, or without evidence that the product is faulty.

If any equipment is found to be faulty (dead upon arrival) the customer should contact us and request a return authorisation. No products will be accepted for refund or replacement without a return authorisation. Once your return has been authorised we will ask that the goods be returned to us in original packaging. The product will then be replaced or refunded once we confirm that product is faulty and that the fault is not caused customer misuse, abuse or neglect.

Due to the nature of our goods (perishable oils, butters, powders, surfactants and foodstuffs) we regret we cannot accept their return. Since we cannot ensure that our goods have been uncontaminated and stored properly by the customer, these are not returnable.

As a service to customers we may provide recipes. While all care is taken, we cannot accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information. The customer accepts that they are personally responsible for formulating their own recipes. Our refund policy does not cover the products that you make from our ingredients.

No refund will be given to the customer if we make a change to our packaging.

Limitation of Liability
We will not provide any compensation for direct or indirect damage caused by our products, ingredients or for the products that you make from these ingredients.
