Please check your email inbox over the next 24 hours. If we have any questions about your order we will contact you via the supplied email address. You will receive an email with the Courier tracking number when your order has been successfully packed and processed.

Shipping Details
Our preferred courier is Fastway, but we also use Sendle and Transdirect. We will use others upon your request. We usually ask for a signature on delivery for all orders unless the customer requests otherwise. This ensures that your parcel is covered by insurance. If you give authority to leave your parcel unattended at your address, you accept all liability in the event that the parcel is lost or stolen.

Common Questions and Problems

When can I pickup my order?
We are an online-only business and do not have a shopfront with set opening hours. If you would like to pickup an order please make an appointment by contacting us. Please keep in mind that we will need time to prepare your order prior to your arrival.

There was no shipping option available for my order.
Shipping for orders weighing over 25kg will need to be calculated manually – please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. If you live within 100km we will ask if you would prefer pickup or delivery, otherwise we will send you an invoice for the shipping within 24 hours.
